Want to Get Started on Oasis?

1 - Attend an Information Session
- Partners that want to use Oasis must first attend an information session. To sign up, click here for an information session.
- After attending an information session, a Service Insights team member will reach out to host your 2-hour long in-person onboarding training. During this training, your team will learn the basics of Oasis and we will help build a plan for your agency to “Go-Live” with Oasis.
- When your team is ready, a Service Insights team member will attend your first distribution using Oasis to provide support and answer any questions that may arise.
- At the end of the first month using Oasis for neighbor intake, a Service Insights team member will schedule a meeting with your reporting team to discuss how your agency can generate and submit all your monthly reports to partnerreporting@cfbnj.org.

Onboarding Training
Ready to get started with Oasis? Attend an information session! You get comprehensive, in-person trainings, at your distribution site, covering Oasis basics and the CFBNJ provided equipment.
Distribution Assistance
Need help integrating Oasis into your food distributions? Our team can attend your distribution to offer valuable tips on ways to improve the intake experience.
Reporting Discussions
Partners on Oasis are required to submit reports to partnerreporting@cfbnj.org by the 7th of each month. Our team is available for virtual and in-person trainings on CFBNJ’s reporting requirements for Oasis users.
Refresher Training
